• Discover and understand the principles, objectives and the main tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Demonstrate the efficiency of teamwork to identify the root causes of a problem, to find and implement common and practical solutions, to last.
• Preparation in order to achieve international certification

Main competencies covered

The course aims to transfer competencies to acquire basic theoretical knowledge and initial broad, general and specific skills related to:

• Process Management (organization of the work environment, identification of client requirements and process variation trends; design of process improvement and process analysis methods; process improvement; development of continuous processes improvement system)
• Fundamental skills: continuous personal development, problem solving, communication of the necessary information to improve processes.

Associated competencies

• Identify process improvement opportunities within own Departments.
• Use a standard Lean Six Sigma methodology vocabulary and understand the fundamental principles of the DMAIC approach, in order to support problem solving and process improvement.
• Teamwork, using the main tools of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
