Working for over 20 years in Training and Organizational Development, Aryana Popescu creates and implements organizational and professional employee development programs for companies in various industries.

Aryana Popescu is a specialist in establishing HR strategy (recruitment strategies, performance evaluation processes and talent identification), evaluation of training operations and process and department restructuring, management succession planning.

Loredana VLĂDĂREANU

SENIOR TRAINER & COACH

With over 10 years of experience in HR consultancy – recruitment & selection, individual assessment, Assessment Center, training – Loredana has carried out and coordinated recruitment projects for middle and top management positions, coordinated the recruitment department and evaluated over 500 professionals participating in recruitment programs or Assessment Center.

Adrian VESELU

TRAINER & CONSULTANT

Adrian brings to fruition the experience of over 30 years accumulated in the field of finance and management, of which 15 years in management positions and as a board member in three multinational companies. He dedicated the last 12 years to training and consulting, during which time he held over 300 training sessions. Develops and implements programs on building business strategy at the corporate level, offers consultancy and training in financial management.

Iulian PENESCU

MANAGING PARTNER

Before being a trainer, Iulian Penescu held management positions and successfully coordinated production and sales teams as Industrial Production Manager and Financial Services Sales Manager. He has over 17 years of experience in training. He is currently the Managing Partner of DYNAMIC LEARNING.

Andrei has 18 years of international managerial experience in Supply Chain Management in multinational companies and over 20 years of experience in training.

Since 2001, Andrei has designed and delivered courses in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, having as clients multinational companies from Romania, totaling a number of over 1000 students.

Andrei has a Master’s degree in Management and studies in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
