How did the Next Level Leadership® powered by Dynamic Learning program come about?
Leadership manifests itself in many situations and many people have leadership qualities, but they materialize in measurable results when they are translated into concrete actions.
Next Level Leadership® concretely produces the improvement of some skills, behaviors and attributes of those leaders who want to increase their impact in the leadership area.
The essence of the program starts from the premise that real leaders develop other leaders on the hierarchical structures they lead.
We created this program in response to the needs expressed by participants in previous editions of the Next Level Management® program.
In this program we focus on four key areas of leadership: Leading Change, Leading by example, Coaching the team and Decision Making.

Dynamic Learning
Development of leadership skills necessary for effective team performance coordination
Learning models to identify challenges at the level of change in organizations and establishing tactics and strategies to overcome them
Learning and applying specific coaching techniques and tools to increase team engagement in achieving exceptional performance
Enhanced skills in making effective decisions in boundary situations.

This program is a framework that allows connecting the participants from the position of leaders (their vision, their values and their profile of leaders) both with the current organizational realities and with their personal realities. By analyzing and evaluating expectations and needs as a leader and person, they will be able to better use their skills and talents in relation to the opportunities that arise around them.
