NEXT LEVEL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT®

Next Level Supply Chain Management® is a complete program dedicated to procurement specialists consisting of 5 modules: Supply Chain Management Fundamentals, Supply Chain Design, Global Supply Chain Management, Risk and Resilience in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Technology.

Supply chains are everywhere around us

Everything that we wear, eat, touch, or use every day was part of a supply chain that transformed the raw materials from a certain location into a finished product that you are using now. Supply chains connect the world.

So, what is Supply Chain Management?

Basically, it is the art and science of getting products from where they are made to where you the consumer want them to be.

While the term itself, supply chain management, was not used until the 1990s, the art and science of logistics goes back to ancient Roman times. It combines both theory and practice. You need to master the theoretical concepts but also to be able to use them in practical situations. So, supply chain management is a hybrid area that combines different disciplines, methods and ideas.
Supply chain management is the backbone of the global economy.

The need for professionals who can design, manage, and operate these complex global supply chains, continues to grow.

This is why we created the Next Level Supply Chain Management® program. In this program, you’ll learn the theoretical concepts but also, you’ll see how to apply them in practice in order to be able to use them immediately in your company.

ORGANIZED ON REQUEST
BOTH IN ROMANIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • The Value of ERP for Supply Chain Management
  • Tracking and Tracing

These are hands-on courses. Participants will use spreadsheets extensively to apply techniques and approaches in case studies drawn from actual supply chains.

The material is taught from a managerial perspective, with an emphasis on where and how specific tools can be used to improve the overall performance and reduce the total cost of a supply chain.

These courses combine practical and theoretical concepts and techniques that can be used in a vast array of practical situations. They are universal and are applicable to all supply chains from Fortune 500 firms all the way to your own home.
