Cătălin has experience in both the financial-banking and legal fields. Over the past 10 years, he has practiced as a legal advisor within companies specialized in debt recovery, where he was able to study in detail debtor typologies and the procedural flaws inherent in commercial relationships.

With proven experience in risk analysis, creditworthiness assessment, and companies’ payment capacity, alongside his responsibilities related to debt recovery and collection activities, Cătălin has specialized in risk reduction and identifying optimal lending solutions under increased safety conditions. He created a Non-Performing Receivables Prevention Program, successfully implemented by many companies in Romania.
