Nadia is a psychologist, HR consultant, coach, certified trainer since 2007, and a psychotherapist certified in hypnosis and psychodrama. She has relevant experience in adult professional training, education, human resources, project management, and consulting.

She believes in people and in their power to transform and grow. Her working methods are interactive, experiential, and challenging, while the debriefing stages are designed to shift perspectives.

She has been delivering training programs with passion since her student years (since 2000).

She has developed and implemented professional development programs in private companies (Think Green, Totem Communication, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, Wu Xing, CODECS, Assystem, Expleo, Trident, Valtec, Euro Games, Cefora, Yves Rocher, Smartwood, Telus), non-governmental organizations (Youth for Youth, Romanian Angel Appeal, Romanian Association for Health Promotion, EDUMI, United Nations Population Fund, student associations such as ASS and ANSIT), and public institutions (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Administration, Ministry of Justice, “Marius Nasta” National Institute of Pneumology, Center for Health Policy and Services).

She frequently delivers professional training programs for teachers.
