Aurelian is a graduate of the Romanian Banking Institute, Faculty of Financial Management, and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Master’s degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in Business Communication and Public Relations.

He has 12 years of professional experience in process optimization across both manufacturing and services, with a strong focus on the banking and financial sector, where he held management positions within BRD – Groupe Société Générale.

The projects he managed covered areas such as capital markets, foreign exchange operations, banking cards, branch reorganization, (re)design of banking processes, business process improvement and optimization, and change management. He was also involved in the implementation of project management solutions (EPM).

Since 2012, he has been actively involved in mentoring across multiple optimization projects, both in manufacturing and service environments.
