Bronze Award Company – L&D Awards 2019 Gala

On Tuesday, 29^th of October, L&D Awards 2019 Gala took place. It was a moment of celebration of learning in organizations, when L&D Awards: Gold, Silver and Bronze have been granted to the most appreciated trainers, coaches and training companies from Romania. The Awards have been granted based on evaluations made in the HR and L&D community in L&D Industry Survey.

L&D Industry Survey is the most complex research within the field, where 576 people from HR and L&D participated. They appreciated the activity and the quality of the services offered by the trainers, coaches and training companies that had the best result in the previous year.

We were awarded with Bronze Award Company, placing us on the third place in the top consulting companies.

Iulian Penescu is acknowledged as being one of the TOP 20 Trainers recommended by L&D specialists, following his results with the companies he’s worked with.

Adrian Veselu is a trainer recommended for his personal development programs based on financial analysis, organizational diagnosis and business strategy. It’s the result of over 300 sessions of training.

Aryana Popescu, Ane Mary Ormenișan and Anca Gheorghiu are coaches recommended for their experience and the results people have had due to the insights received from them.
