When is useful a TEAM COACHING program?

- When a new coordinator and / or more new members are entering in a new team – to increase the cohesion and to eliminate relational games.
STAGES OF COURSE PROGRAM
Each coaching program is tailored upon specific development needs identified by the coach and by the management and the team.
Before the coaching program starts it is useful for the team to go through certain tests and questionnaires. These results allows the coach to identify the areas of development, in which he will work during the sessions of team coaching.
Also, each team member will individually complete a “Plan of learning and development through coaching “ in which they will note those goals they believe are developed through coaching.
How is organized a team coaching session?
- Creating the coaching environment and the level of optimum focus;
- Establish the development objective, in order to debate about it during the session;
- Organize and implement the most suitable coaching technique to achieve the goal;
- Set the action plan = „SMART Action Plan”, as the acronym SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-orientated;
- Conclusions and commitments for individuals and teams;
Team assessment and coaching program results
Team evaluation results it will be done, as follows:
- At the beginning of each session, they discuss about the action plan, established at the end of the previous session;
- Every six sessions through the evaluation provided by Coaching and development plan;
- At the end of the coaching team program;
PRICE
The price includes:
- course facilitation for 2 days, from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm;
- course resources and a participation diploma.
