OBJECTIVES
The Management Skills program takes place as a workshop, working on specific situations encountered by the participants in their daily activity. The trainer uses several delivery techniques and facilitation tools, having a strong interactive character, such as:
- Case studies and simulations that take place over several chapters
- Thematic films for an easier understanding of concepts and tools
- Business simulations for identifying critical situations that may arise in a business and how we can overcome them
- Individual exercises and group presentations
- Debates in groups and in plenary during the course and connecting information to the organizational reality

Managerial Roles and Responsibilities
- Participants clearly perceive what the expectations of senior management and the team are from the role of manager.
- They understand that it is important to make the transition from the status of a colleague or executor and to show their authority and role as a manager.
- They will be able to translate further to each subordinate employee the model of roles and responsibilities for better delegation and avoiding overlapping tasks in the team.

- Managers improve how to set SMART goals to guide the team to success.
- They develop skills to develop concrete plans to achieve the set objectives, and to optimize the use of available resources.

Team Coordination
- . Participants improve how to assign appropriate tasks to team members based on their skills and abilities, and learn to motivate their employees to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity

Evaluation of employee’s activity and their development
- Improving skills to identify training and development needs for team members and help them develop through the PESOS method.
- Learning methods of periodically evaluating team and individual employee performance using appropriate tools and providing constructive feedback to improve employee performance.

- Managing Effective time management techniques and tools to avoid overload and stress.

- Learn to effectively prepare and structure the agenda of a meeting.
